SLI Group, Inc. recently completed a new lease area build-out for Allegiance Bank in Houston, Texas. The lease area includes approximately 4,500 square feet with a two-lane drive-thru with a thru-the-wall ATM. We worked very closely with the clients to create a space that drew from the Spanish heritage of the East End of Houston. The neighborhood has so much history and character that we wanted the branch to showcase the best parts of it. We used elements from Spanish design that our clients saw while visiting Cabo as our main inspiration, while still tying the design and details back to the Second Ward to create a cohesive interior for Allegiance Bank.
