On some commercial design/build projects, there are consultants and vendors which directly contract with the owner to provide goods or services such as computers, security and other specialized equipment. As SLI builds the team, we incorporate these parties within it. Our commercial architects and designers coordinate directly with them so that equipment fits and specific power, water, gas and/or cabling requirements are met.
During construction, SLI will continue to coordinate directly with your consultants and vendors so that schedules mesh and your project is ready for installation. That way, you won’t need to be involved with the hassle of day-to-day communications.
